GoldenBug will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail or at either of our East Bay stores.
**Please note that you are responsible for the expense of returning an order.
All returned items must be in a sale-able condition with tags and in original packaging, and with your receipt.
During the Covid-19 Crisis, mailed returns must be handled differently and our store-front is not always available to receive mailed packages. Please email us to arrange our current return options.
