Shipping

Standard shipping is $6.95 and for orders over $100 shipping is free. We only ship within the US. 

During the Covid-19 Crisis we offer curbside pickup twice a week:

Monday & Thursday
11am - 1pm
at the Rockridge store

In-store pickup is free during business hours.

We will email to confirm when your order is ready for pickup.

Return Policy

GoldenBug will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail or at either of our East Bay stores. 

All returned items must be in a sale-able condition with tags and in original packaging, and with your receipt.

If you need to return something, please email us at info@goldenbugkids.com.

During the Covid-19 Crisis, returns must be handled differently and our store-front is not available to receive mailed packages. Please email us to arrange our current return options.

Please note that you are responsible for the expense of returning an order. 

Returns of online orders: 

Full-priced items will be refunded if postmarked within 14 days of delivery; store credit will be issued if postmarked within 15-30 days of delivery. Please note that store credit may ONLY be used for In-store purchases or phone payments.

No returns after 30 day from delivery.
