Shipping and Returns


Standard shipping is $6.95 and for orders over $100 shipping is free. We only ship within the US. 

During the Covid-19 Crisis our opening hours are as follows: 

Oakland (Rockridge)

Walk-in customers
Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 10:00am - 1:30pm

Appointments are available at our Oakland store.
Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 2:30 - 4:30pm

Berkeley (4th Street)

Our Berkeley store is open for in-store shopping at the following times: 

Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; 10:00am - 5:30pm
Sunday; 1 - 5:30pm

Store-front pickup is free and also available during business hours.

Be sure to choose which store you'd like to pick up from at checkout.

Return Policy

GoldenBug will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail or at either of our East Bay stores.

**Please note that you are responsible for the expense of returning an order. 

All returned items must be in a sale-able condition with tags and in original packaging, and with your receipt.

During the Covid-19 Crisis, mailed returns must be handled differently and our store-front is not always available to receive mailed packages. Please email us to arrange our current return options.

Returns of online orders: 

Full-priced items will be refunded if postmarked within 14 days of delivery; store credit will be issued if postmarked within 15-30 days of delivery. Please note that store credit may ONLY be used for In-store purchases or phone payments.
